Overview

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineering Lead to join our Product Engineering team. This role will help lead our team of engineers in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. In this role you will serve as an SME for the team and leadership across front-end and backend development, help drive consistent quality by ensuring thoughtful alignment to development processes, contribute to the design and development of the components for which our team is responsible and collaborate with team leads to help ensure successful cross-team functionality.

How You’ll Make an Impact As an Engineering Lead

You will :

Lead the implementation and maintenance of our platform code and components, spanning both frontend and backend.

Guide platform, operations, and engineering teams through collaborative efforts.

Ensure features are well-tested, contributing to our continuous integration environment.

Diagnose performance bottlenecks and solve critical production issues across the entire stack.

Collaborate in designing solutions using both backend and frontend technologies.

What You’ll Achieve

Deliver high-performance, low-latency software solutions for our platform.

Enhance the platform with new technologies and techniques in both frontend and backend areas.

Ensure robust testing and integration to maintain software quality.

Identify and solve critical issues to maintain platform performance.

Who You Are

What you’ll bring with you :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience , with 5+ years in full stack software development.

Knowledge of high-performance software and clean architecture principles.

Experience with Single Page Applications (SPAs) using TypeScript and Angular or other modern frameworks / technologies.

Strong expertise in backend development with Python or similar languages.

Master’s degree or 10+ years of software development experience.

Experience in the Ad Tech industry.

Experience working on low-latency, high-throughput systems.

Familiarity with public cloud providers and technologies like AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and collaboration to drive the platform's success using innovative frontend and backend technologies.

Base Salary : $91,500 - $152,500

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
