About the Role
As a Licensed Adolescent Mental Health Therapist (Fee-for-Service), you'll design your own schedule - whether part-time (as few as 4 clients per week) or full-time hours. This position offers flexible scheduling, telehealth options, and the opportunity to serve children, adolescents, and families in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
This is a Fee-for-Service (FFS) position offering flexibility and autonomy while receiving agency support, supervision, and access to resources.
In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the mental health and well-being of children, adolescents, and families by :
Conducting assessments to understand clients' needs
Collaborating with families to create and implement personalized treatment plans
Providing individual, family, or group therapy sessions to promote growth and healing
Offering crisis intervention and conducting risk assessments when needed
Using evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality, compassionate care

Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough client assessments to understand needs and challenges
Deliver therapy services that empower clients to achieve their goals
Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure safety and stability
Document care using our EHR system to maintain quality and compliance
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, client-centered care
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for self-motivated, compassionate professionals dedicated to creating positive change.
Qualifications :
Current licensure in Ohio (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
Experience delivering evidence-based mental health services (preferred)
Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus :
Experience providing telehealth or group therapy services
Commitment to pursuing advanced licensure or certifications with Pathway's support
