Data Engineering Lead

A company is looking for a Data Engineering Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the data pipeline to ensure accuracy and reliability of metrics and dashboards

Modernize the data stack and event pipeline to enhance data accessibility and efficiency

Conduct deep-dive analyses to support key business decisions across the organization

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering

Hands-on expertise with dbt (Data Build Tool)

Experience in a startup environment, preferably Series C or earlier

Personal connection to altered states of consciousness and belief in psychedelic medicines

Comfortable with owning and evolving data pipelines and deploying AI tools
