  • experienced, energetic Service and Installation Technicians

  • What You’ll Do
  • Provide
  • preventive maintenance
  • on heating and cooling systems.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair
  • a variety of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
  • Replace defective components and adjust controls for maximum performance.
  • Install HVAC equipment, including
  • refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, humidity control, and pneumatic / DDC control systems
  • Work with :
  • Rooftop Units
  • Air Handling Units
  • Hydronic (wet) systems
  • Cooling Towers
  • VAV Boxes
  • Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering top-quality service.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of HVAC experience
  • (service or install).
  • Knowledge of HVAC theory, practices, tools, and equipment.
  • Universal EPA certification
  • required.
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration, electrical, pneumatic / DDC control, and air conditioning systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
  • Must supply own basic hand tools.
  • Physically capable of lifting / moving heavy equipment, bending, standing, and working in varying environments.
  • Preferred (but not required) :
  • Trade school education.
  • Journeyman license.
  • Chiller experience.
  • Sheet metal experience
  • Hydronic experinece
