Job Summary Cloud Security Engineer
Design and implement secure integrations of security products within cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP; GCP preferred).
Develop, maintain, and enhance CI / CD pipelines to ensure efficient and secure software delivery.
Automate and improve security monitoring and processes, addressing gaps in existing workflows.
Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and threat detection activities.
Collaborate with partner teams to integrate security during cloud infrastructure implementation.
Apply DevSecOps best practices to cloud management and security.
Utilize Terraform and knowledge of Landing Zones to ensure robust cloud controls.
Work with container orchestration (Kubernetes : EKS, AKS, GKE), helm charts, and GitOps tools (FluxCD preferred).
Implement network security measures (Firewalls, Proxy).
Leverage programming / scripting skills (Python / Go) for automation.
Communicate complex security concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry security standards and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP).
Operate within Agile development practices.
Must be local and able to work a hybrid schedule (3 days / week onsite).
Cloud security certification required.
