Key Responsibilities
Supervise assigned post-award staff and provide training on post-award processes
Establish budget control systems and provide financial oversight for various funding sources
Perform account reconciliations, award modifications, and submit financial reports for grant agencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, including two years in a managerial role
Knowledge of federal regulations governing research administration and grant management
Experience with financial oversight and post-award accounting processes
Ability to prepare detailed documents and reports related to research administration
Familiarity with research administration systems such as Workday and ERA
