A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the regional Compensation function
Make operating decisions and interpret general policies
Maintain confidentiality of personnel information and exercise independent judgment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
Two years of experience analyzing / managing data using spreadsheets and other data management tools
Solid technical and analytical ability with spreadsheet, database, and ERP systems
Ability to work independently under supervision
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to support Compensation and HR operations
