End User Services Technician

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

• Provide on-site support for at least 200 End-users in a rapidly growing environment
• Provide level 2 & 3 face to face support for issues that include Network Connectivity, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Lenovo Hardware, Zebra RF devices, A / V Setups, etc.
• Responsible for working and logging all support-related tickets into our IT instance of ServiceNow
• Work directly with Warehouse workers, Line Workers, Guests and Corporate and IT personnel daily
• Assist with the management of all IT assets
• Work on project / task-based work annually
• Continually work on updating and providing new documentation as needed
• Uphold and enforce company IT policies, securities and best practices
• Flexible schedule (including nights, weekends and some holidays)

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00 / hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Groveport,OH.
