A company is looking for a Content Operations Specialist to support the Content Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve operational and performance KPIs
Support campaign management and maintain content and campaign calendars
Manage localization workflows and handle content-related customer service issues
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or product management
Experience with CMS platforms, localization processes, and data reporting tools
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin are a plus
Passion for education, content, and blockchain technology
