Shift : First Shift, M-F, 7am - 3 : 30pm

Job Overview

Join a water restoration company specializing in custom projects that require precision, craftsmanship, and collaboration. The facility features in-house fabrication with skilled tradesmen onsite. Work on unique builds tailored to client specifications.

As a Skilled Laborer, you will play a key role in supporting these custom projectsassisting tradesmen, contributing to mechanical assembly, and helping maintain a productive and safe shop environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, project-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Work safely and comply with environmental standards set by OSHA, the customer, and the employer
• Produce high-quality work that meets customer specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company and customer policies and safety rules
• Support Production, Sales, Project Management, and Engineering teams
• Perform mechanical assembly tasks (e.g., mounting equipment and instrumentation)
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including inventory management
• Perform painting tasks including surface prep, degreasing, and clean-up
• Conduct shop maintenance and equipment repairs
• Use basic hand tools such as wrenches, pliers, and calipers
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
• Be punctual and prepared for work

Work Environment

The facility includes operating machinery, moving equipment, and exposure to fumes, dust, and mist. It is not climate-controlled, but a new ventilation system is in place. Heated hoodies and gloves are provided during winter months to ensure comfort.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 / hr.
