Position Summary :

Join our Women's Services unit, where teamwork and effective communication are at the heart of our specialized care for critically ill patients. In our 6-bed unit, you will play a vital role in shaping exceptional patient journeys. Utilize your skills and our cutting-edge technology to make a direct impact on patient well-being.

As an RN, you will :

Perform plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration and clinical treatments.

Document patient care accurately.

Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.

Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.

Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Evaluate and address the learning needs of patients and families, providing tailored education.

Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of each patient.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education :

Associate's degree in nursing required

Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

Certifications :

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Neonatal Resuscitation, Basic Fetal Monitoring, and STABLE required within 6 months of hire.

ACLS required within 12 months of hire.

License :

Current RN license in the state of Kentucky.
