About the opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Operations Specialist to join our team at the corporate office in Westminster, CO. This is a dynamic, hybrid role that is critical to our IT ecosystem, blending advanced, hands-on technical support with essential system and network administration. As the primary escalation point for the Propelled Brands IT Service Desk, you will tackle complex technical challenges and provide premier support for all corporate users (both in-office and remote) as well as our brand franchise locations. How you will make a difference

End-User & On-site Support :

  • Serve as the primary point of IT contact for the Westminster corporate office, providing dedicated local support.
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues, meticulously documenting all requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and manage the lifecycle of desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
  • Set up, configure, and support A / V equipment for team meetings, conferences, and on-site events to ensure they run smoothly.
  • Conduct IT orientation, PC setup, and deployment for all new employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • System & Network Administration :

  • Assist with the management and maintenance of on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure, including servers and network equipment (routers, firewalls, switches).
  • Administer user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions across various platforms, including Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Conduct regular system updates, patch management, and software installations to maintain security, compliance, and optimal performance.
  • Monitor system performance, security alerts, and network connectivity, collaborating closely with the security team to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
  • IT Operations & Project Collaboration :

  • Effectively manage and prioritize support requests within the IT ticketing system queue to meet service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on planning and executing infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and other key IT projects.
  • Assist in managing the inventory of software licenses and hardware assets throughout their lifecycle, from procurement to disposal.
  • Participate in DevOps-related tasks and provide technical support to the development team as needed.
  • A strong candidate will have

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in a hybrid desktop support and system administration role.
  • Strong proficiency with Windows 10(+) and macOS operating systems in a corporate environment.
  • Expertise in administering and supporting Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Google Workspace is also required.
  • Solid understanding of network protocols, TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and experience with network hardware troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated experience with hardware troubleshooting, virus / malware removal, and mobile device management (MDM for iOS / Android).
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and make sound decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
  • Experience with scripting languages for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
  • Hands-on experience with phone system administration and support.
  • Familiarity with working in a multi-brand or franchise-based organization.

    The pay range for this role is :

    70,000 - 90,000 USD per year(Camp Bow Wow Franchising)
