A company is looking for a Healthcare Call Center Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of 12-20 outbound call center agents to ensure exceptional service delivery
Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
Provide coaching, feedback, and conduct performance appraisals to support team development
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in delivering exceptional customer service
Background in healthcare administration preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Flexible availability to work shifts between 8 : 00 AM and 9 : 00 PM ET
