Full-Time | 40 Hours / Week | Monday–Friday | On-Site
Wage : $28.24 to $41.14 per hour DOE

Join Compass Health as an Office Manager supporting the Lynnwood Child & Family program in Lynnwood, WA. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and client-centered operations that empower our community’s youth and families.
What you will be performing
As the Office Manager, you will :
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations for the Lynnwood Child & Family team
- Serve as a key liaison for program leadership, supporting hiring, HR coordination, and compliance
- Provide confidential clerical support to the Program Manager and Director
- Supervise administrative workflows, records management, and client data processing
- Support billing and data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all documentation standards
Hours : Monday to Friday between 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Location : On-site at the Lynnwood office
What you bring
High School Diploma required, AA or BA Degree preferred4 years of office management experience, or a comparable combination of education and experienceExperience with office staff management, or demonstrates possession of the required skills, knowledge and abilities related to supervisionDemonstrated organizational skills and the ability to multitask within a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, written and verbalExcellent typing, word processing, dictation, and proofreading skillsAbility to pass pre-employment criminal background check, which may or may not include an additional search by DSHSWhat we offer
