HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract MRI Technologist for a local contract job in Englewood, Colorado.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : MRI Technologist
  • Discipline : Allied Health Professional
  • Duration : 13 weeks
  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift : 10 hours, days
  • Employment Type : Local Contract
  • Number of Beds -2-4 MRI scanners. 400 bed hospital
  • Number of Staff – 5-10 full time employees in MRI dept.
  • Type of staff :

Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 2-3 techs 1 in charge. 1 mid shift. 1 evening tech (traveler filling it now)

  • Night Shift – 1 overnight shift (not staffed right now, and having to cover with call)
  • Type of equipment -  GE Artist 1.5T scanner 3T Siemens Tim Trio    Outpatient buildings 3T GE GEM 1.5T GE Signa
  • EMR – Meditech, Centricity
  • Typical Procedures : Neuro, anesthesia / iv sedation, research studies

    • Must Haves :

  • A recent 2 years of MRI Tech experience in an acute hospital setting
  • ARRT (MR)
  • BLS Certification

    • Preferred or Nice to Have :

  • MediTech Experience
  • Travel Experience
  • Trauma 1 Experience
  • Experience w ICU vented patients
