What You’ll Do :

  • Provide Specialized Care :  Deliver expert-level, advanced wound care including allografting, surgical debridement, and management of chronic, non-healing wounds.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams :  Partner with a multidisciplinary team for seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes.
  • Manage Your Schedule :  Enjoy autonomy as you travel to patient homes, creating your own rhythm of patient care.
  • Document with Precision :  Maintain accurate patient records for assessments, treatments, and progress.
  • Stay Ahead :  Contribute to continuous improvement and stay current with leading-edge wound care techniques.

    • Requirements

    What You’ll Bring :

  • Active  Nurse Practitioner (NP)  or  Physician Assistant (PA)  license.
  • Wound Care Certification  (preferred, with CEUs provided if needed within 90 days of hire).
  • Strong independence, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for patient-centered care.
