Proven track record of designing modern, user-centered digital experiences that drive engagement and conversion. Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile design work and problem-solving across multiple projects. Proficiency with current design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Experience with design systems and component libraries. Familiarity with user research methods, data-driven design, and analytics. About the Role :
Were looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our growing digital design team. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded designer with a strong background in mobile UX / UI design for B2C products and a passion for creating simple, intuitive, and modern user experiences. Youll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to craft user-centered solutions that delight and engage millions of users.
What Youll Do :
- Lead end-to-end design for mobile experiences from discovery and research through prototyping, testing, and final implementation.
- Translate complex business and user needs into elegant, modern, and intuitive design solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align design goals with business objectives.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and responsive web applications.
- Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and consistency across the product ecosystem.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Stay up to date with modern design trends, tools, and technologies.
