Your Role

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) , you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating all functions within the unit. Collaborating with the management team, you will monitor and evaluate nursing care in line with established policies, serving as a vital resource for staff and ensuring an unparalleled patient experience.

About Our Unit

Our Cardiac Telemetry unit is where critical care meets compassion. Here, nurses assess acute changes in patients, monitor heart rhythms, interpret ECGs, and respond to emergencies. You’ll be part of a team that cares for patients recovering from open-heart surgeries, catheterizations, and more, all while working in a comprehensive stroke / stemi facility.
