We're expanding our Fiber Operations and need a data-savvy leader who's ready to turn insights into action. As the Manager, Operational Insights, you'll lead a team of analysts dedicated to driving continuous improvement across our fiber business. You'll own the addressable database, ensure data quality, and deliver the insights that fuel smarter decisions. From managing MDU and commercial processes to building operational forecasts, your work will shape how T-Mobile delivers next-level connectivity. If you love solving problems, leading teams, and making data meaningful, this role is for you. This is a hybrid work environment with three days in the office.

What You'll Do

  • Turn data into strategy Develop analysis plans, mine large data sets, and deliver insights that help leaders make smarter, faster decisions.
  • Own data quality Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly QC checks, oversee data cleansing, and fix errors before they impact operations.
  • Manage what matters Forecast, track, and manage all fiber addresses with accuracy and accountability.
  • Support business growth Provide reporting and operational insights for MDU and commercial agreements that expand our fiber footprint.
  • Lead with impact Manage and mentor a team of analysts, empowering them to deliver high-quality analysis and operational support.
  • Communicate with clarity Present complex findings in ways that resonate with executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Push for better Champion process improvements that make our operations faster, smarter, and more effective.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience : 710 years in analyst or operational insights roles, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or computer-related field (math, statistics, operations research, computer science, etc.).
  • Technical skills : Strong SQL and relational database knowledge (Teradata, MS SQL Server), plus expertise with Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Problem-solving mindset : Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable recommendations.
  • Collaboration & communication : Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and presenting to executives.
  • Leadership : Proven ability to guide and develop high-performing teams.
