Our client is a well-established general contracting firm with a strong portfolio of public sector projects across New York City. Known for delivering high-quality work and maintaining strong relationships with city agencies, they are expanding their team for a new initiative in the Bronx.

Job Description

Manage all phases of public construction projects from planning through closeout. Coordinate with public agencies including DSNY, OGS, SCA, and others. Oversee subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams. Ensure timely delivery and quality execution of all project components.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience managing public construction projects in NYC. Strong familiarity with DSNY, OGS, SCA, and similar agencies. General Contractor experience is required. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage complex logistics and multiple priorities. 5+ years of general contractor experience.
