About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join our team and take leadership in managing and overseeing large-scale commercial construction projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on significant, high-value projects. The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while managing the day-to-day operations on the job site.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise all field operations, including managing subcontractors, construction crews, and project schedules.
• Ensure that all safety standards and regulations are met or exceeded on job sites.
• Coordinate daily activities on site to ensure the project progresses smoothly, and issues are addressed promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Monitor and maintain quality control, ensuring that work is completed per design specifications and building codes.
• Manage project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and address any budget discrepancies in collaboration with the project team.
