SSP Innovations, LLC is hiring : UI / UX Engineer in Fort Worth

SSP Innovations, LLC is looking for a UI / UX Engineer with software and development experience to join our growing business. As a UI / UX Engineer will work closely with the UI / UX Director and the design team to create intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for the 3-GIS Suite of Products. This role involves translating design concepts into functional and responsive user experiences, ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to established design standards. The UI / UX Engineer will collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centered software solutions.

Job Duties :

• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and user flows given product requirements.
• Translate wireframes, mock-ups and user flows into functional and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful implementation and technical feasibility of UI / UX designs.
• Develop and maintain UI design components and style guides, ensuring consistency across all products and applications.
• Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback for design improvements.
• Advocate for user needs and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Work within an agile development environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Create and present design deliverables to communicate interaction concepts to stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and UI / UX design trends.

Working conditions

This position operates remotely but requires occasional presence in a professional office environment. This role requires routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers. This role may require occasional travel, both domestically and internationally.
