Personal Injury Discovery Paralegal

The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for the next super Personal Injury Discovery Paralegal.

Job Duties :

• Provide legal support to personal injury attorneys and other paralegal staff.
• Assist with organizing, drafting, reviewing, and filing Requests for Admissions, Requests for Production, and Interrogatories to opposing parties.
• Managing, drafting, and review of discovery responses timely and efficient.
• Maintain and follow up on all Non-Party production documents including Requests for Copies and non-party logs.
• Knowledge of the E-filing system on both the State and Federal levels.
• Assist with scheduling depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.
• Contact with clients, judges, and opposing counsel.
• Preparation of other pleadings, Motions, and Orders, under the supervision of attorneys, as needed.
