Psychologist OR Mental Health Counselor Glen Burnie MD Urgently Hiring We are looking for a psychologist or Mental Health Counselor / Therapist to join our practice in Glen Burnie and greater Maryland area. This incoming Psychologist / Therapist will be providing high quality patient care, individualized psychotherapy. Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD, have a m inimum 1-year experience as individually licensed practitioner. This is a part time position to start and must be willing to come into any one of our offices 1-2 days per week for in office clinic hours and we also allow 1 day per week in telehealth / remote care. Job Duties : Therapeutic Services : Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy Assessment : Conduct psychological assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determine appropriate treatment plans. Collaboration : Work closely with the clinical care team, including treating physicians, psychiatrists, and other care team members, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Treatment Planning : Collaborate in the creation of individualized treatment plans tailored to the patient's needs and circumstances. Progress Monitoring : Meet regularly with the Care Team to discuss patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure a coordinated approach to care. Requirements : Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD) in the state of Maryland (and preferably Virginia and DE as well) Minimum 1 year experience as individually licensed practitioner Bilingual candidates preferred Ability to analyze and interpret information to plan appropriate interventions Must be willing to provide 1-2 days per week of in office patient hours Compensation : $60 / hour If you are a psychologist or therapist who has tact and skill in patient management, can effectively interact with doctors, patients and coworkers, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, then we would love to hear from you.
