URGENTLY HIRING : Lead Carpenter - Residential Remodeling

Location : Monaca, PA (Onsite)

Compensation : $50K-$78K per year (DOE + Bonus Opportunities)

Job Type : Full-Time

Your Role : What You’ll Be Doing

Lead carpentry crews on decks, basements, bathrooms, and roofing projects

Ensure top-quality craftsmanship, safety, and project deadlines are met

Coordinate with inspectors, designers, engineers, and clients

Mentor and motivate team members to maintain efficiency and organization

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience leading construction crews

Knowledge of residential construction methods, tools, and materials

Strong organizational and communication skills

Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record

Reside within 45 minutes of Monaca, PA

Willing to undergo background and drug screening

Compensation & Schedule

Earnings : $50K-$78K per year (DOE + bonus opportunities)

Benefits : Paid time off, training and development, future company vehicle eligibility

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–4 : 00 PM (optional weekend work available)
