Staff Accountant
Staff Accountant this role is onsite for 90 days and then will provide Hybrid Flexibility to work from home 1-3 days a week.
The Staff Accountant provides monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting support for clients, handling multiple service lines and maintaining high professional standards. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, assisting with financial statements (GAAP), and supporting various accounting projects. The role involves regular client communication and collaboration with team members to ensure accuracy in transactions and financial reporting.
Schedule : MondayFriday; Saturdays 10-2 during tax season as needed; Fridays outside of tax season ends at 2 : 30pm
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of related accounting / business experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred

The bonus will be paid to the referring staff member quarterly over the first year of employment of the new staff member. Your commitment and contribution to the firm are the primary factors affecting additional bonuses in which you may participate. Bonuses do not necessarily coincide with your annual or semi-annual performance review. Discretionary bonuses may be given at any time during the year.Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Our firm requires that all the Certified Public Accountants obtain 40 hours annually of CPE. Accordingly, we will pay for 40 hours of CPE in courses approved by the firm.Personal Leave All Full-time employees are eligible for (3) weeks Personal Leave per year in their first through fifth year of employment, and four (4) weeks per year thereafter. Paid vacation is earned and accrued monthly and may not be taken in advance without the prior consent of the managing partner.Pay Details : $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
