Wij zijn op zoek naar Operators voor in de 3-ploegen. De Operator zorgt voor het draaiend houden van de productielijn waar hoefijzers gevormd worden. Is tevens in staat om de lijn compleet om te stellen en de detailafstelling van de lijn te verzorgen. Zorgt voor een juiste voortgang van de productie en beoordeelt tussentijds de kwaliteit van het product. Instrueert en begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers. Rapporteert aan de Teamleider / meewerkend voorman.

Jouw uitdaging als Operator

Geen dag is hetzelfde! Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor :

  • Bedienen van machines
  • Het volledig omstellen en afstellen van de machines
  • Oplossen van storingen aan de machine
  • Toezicht houden op het proces en de kwaliteit
  • Handhaven van veiligheidsnormen

  • De bereidheid om ook ’s nachts te werken en het verschil te maken.
