Texas Regulatory Affairs Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Regulatory Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws

Conduct regulatory research and stay updated on changes impacting the health plan business

Track and analyze legislative changes and communicate relevant updates to internal teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Policy, Law, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years in regulatory affairs or compliance within the health insurance industry

Proficiency in navigating regulatory databases and interpreting health insurance regulations

Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or government-sponsored programs is preferred

Graduate degree in health policy, law, business, or related field is a plus
