UX Designer

A company is looking for a UX Designer to create user-centered designs and enhance the user experience for digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product goals and requirements

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas

Conduct user research to understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or relevant bootcamp experience

3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, working with cross-functional teams

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and understanding of user-centered design principles

Experience with user behavior analysis tools like Google Analytics, Pendo, or Maze

Familiarity with front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, React, and Angular
