Key Responsibilities
Lead all quality control efforts across civil and structural scopesConduct daily inspections and manage subcontractor complianceFacilitate preparatory and follow-up meetings to ensure first-time qualityMaintain detailed documentation and reporting for all QC activitiesCollaborate with safety and project teams to prevent non-conformanceTrack and report quality metrics including rework costs and performance indicatorsQualifications
10+ years of federal construction experienceBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or ArchitectureStrong organizational and communication skillsFamiliarity with CAPA processes and safety regulationsPreferred : Certified Quality Control Manager (CQCM), EM 385-1-1 Safety CertificationExperience with USACE / NAVFAC and RMS (Resident Management System) is a plusBenefits
