Job Summary :

Salad / Pantry are kitchen staff responsible for preparing salads and desserts. Salad / Pantry job duties include cleaning vegetables, mixing ingredients, preparing plates of vegetables, preparing dressings, and replenishing supplies.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepares salads and desserts.
  • Cleans vegetables, fruits, and berries for salads.
  • Mixes ingredients for green salads.
  • Prepares dressings, like Thousand Island, Ranch, and Bleu Cheese to be served on green salads.

    • Qualifications :

  • Proven food preparation and food handling experience.
  • Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
  • The ability to follow standardized recipes.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
