Clinical Nurse Practitioner Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Care Enablement to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and schedule training for clinicians, developing onboarding programs for Nurse Practitioners and Social Workers

Ensure clinical accuracy and consistency across training content and oversee clinical quality assurance for front-line roles

Serve as the clinical point of contact between market clinicians and the Care Enablement team, facilitating effective feedback and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Clinical Nurse Practitioner Licensure required

3+ years of experience in chronic condition management, preferably in primary care or outpatient settings

Proven training facilitation and clinical education experience

Strong motivational interviewing skills and ability to coach others

Experience in Metabolic, Cardiovascular, or Pulmonary condition care preferred
