Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of the construction process for mission-critical projects, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Review work progress daily and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists, ensuring all parties are aligned and working towards the same goal.
• Implement risk management procedures to identify potential problems before they occur and develop contingency plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present reports detailing project progress and status to stakeholders.
