Responsibilities :

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Run the Nexstar Six-Step Service System on every job : Prepare, Greet, Explore / Evaluate, Present, Execute, Wrap-Up.
• Document all work thoroughly in ServiceTitan.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, presenting options and recommendations with integrity.
• Keep your truck fully stocked and your tools maintained.
• Respect customer homes and follow all safety guidelines.
