Job Description : Air Compressor Solutions is looking for a responsible, organized, and safety-conscious person join our team. This position will assist with managing our parts inventory in our internal warehouse, as well as help with creating and maintaining shipping and receiving processes. In this role, the ideal candidate will be able to multitask, manage data, and functionally organize.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Must have strong Organizational Skills
• Self-Starter
• Develops and maintains parts receiving and shipping processes.
• Maintain inventory locations and coding within inventory management software.
• Process invoices and purchase orders for vendors, as well as picking up / delivering parts to meet internal and external customer needs.
• Oversees and conducts inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Supervise warehouse team members and assist parts department with meeting customer needs.
• Generate re-stock orders and special orders for submittal to purchasing.
• Oversee receiving, and staging of PM contract parts, Counter sales & Field repair work order parts and processes.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of internal and external warehouses.
• Must be available for on call rotation
