RN Shifts Available :
- Full-time : 7 : 00am - 7 : 30pm (Every Friday and every other Monday, Tuesday, & Weekend)
- Full-time : 7 : 00am – 7 : 30pm (Every other Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs & Weekend)
- Part-time : 11 : 00pm - 7 : 30am (Every other Tues, Wed, & Weekend)
Pay : RN $35 - $45 / hour based on years of experience
($2,500 sign-on bonus paid in installments)
(Evening / night shift differential included)

You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high-quality patient care. The RN is responsible for the overall nursing care / service on his / her shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls, as indicated.
Primary Responsibilities
Supervises direct care of residents and nursing personnel on his / her shift.Administers direct care as necessary.Administer prescribed medications to patients.Make rounds to ensure proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in residents' condition.Assists in developing comprehensive care plans.Other Duties
Maintains the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident.Maintains accurate documentation of all care rendered.Responds to resident emergency call system.Interfaces with other disciplines to assure continuity of care and services.Accompanies physicians when making rounds.Encourages restorative care in order to obtain maximum resident independence.Participates in family / resident counseling, as necessary.Assists with the orientation and evaluation of nursing personnel.Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.Assures proper functioning of equipment and adequate supplies.Qualifications
All nurses must be currently licensed in the State. Must have current CPR certification.Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields, at least 6 months of nursing experience in a long-term care setting preferred.All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility. Some of the roles in our community also require that we ask about your vaccination status.
