Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer's experience
• Serve as an advocate to Pat Lobb Toyota by sharing the brand.
• Communicate effectively to customers both in person and over the phone by listening and understanding customer's needs and wants.
• Consulting and guiding customers to the appropriate next step in the buying process.
• Facilitating steps of the sale, including the vehicle appraisal process, taking test drives and submitting finance applications.
• Participate and maintain Toyota product knowledge through on-going training and self-development. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships and demonstrate excellent team work.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Other duties as assigned.
