Overview

Sail Away Media is looking for a full-time Account Manager & Digital Strategist. This is a fully remote role (USA or Canada) with EST business hours. Starting wage is $55,000-$65,000 USD.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee digital marketing strategy for 10-15 client accounts with support from a pro media buyer, graphic designer, and copywriter
  • Handle all client communication for your roster of accounts
  • Smoothly onboard new clients and keep them updated on project status
  • Lead digital strategy planning sessions with clients
  • Provide client weekly reporting on campaign performance
  • Ensure all deadlines are met and deliverables maintain quality
  • Collaborate with the Sail Away Media team virtually using Slack, Asana, and hold team and 1-on-1 meetings

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Experience working as an account manager in the digital marketing space
  • Experience within a remote agency or media company is preferred
  • Strong background in digital marketing, Facebook advertising, and social media
  • Extroverted and able to quickly establish rapport with people
  • Ability to think quickly on their feet

  • Launch dates met and client requests fulfilled
  • Client satisfaction with services and churn below 15%
  • Graphics and copy free of typos or grammatical errors
  • Client questions / requests answered before close of business
