We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Material Handler / CDL Driver to support material movements and provide logistical support for factory operations at our Camden, Arkansas facility. This role involves the transportation of hardware between storage areas and factory locations, inventory management, and general warehouse housekeeping. Candidates should be comfortable working around energetics and in a variety of weather conditions.

What You Will Do :

• Transport materials between warehouses and factory locations with high attention to details related to proper identification and locations.
• Safely work around energetic materials and follow strict safety regulations and protocols.
• Load and unload shipments year-round in outdoor conditions.
• Verify incoming and outgoing material identification, label requirements, and associated shipping documentation for accuracy.
• Operate manual and pneumatic tools.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse / storage areas.
• Participate in team meetings to support production continuity and operational planning.
• This is a 1st shift, onsite position.
