• 12-hour shifts 6 : 30am - 6pm and 6pm - 6 : 30am
• 14,000 annual patient visits
• Advanced Practice Clinician support on site 10am - 10pm daily
• 9.9% admission rate with 3.9% transfer rate
• Trauma procedures required
