Are you an experienced Project Estimator looking to take on bigger projects and grow with a leading construction firm? We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to join a high-performing Preconstruction team in one of Texas' leading general contractors.
💼 What you’ll be doing :
- Preparing accurate estimates for commercial, city & state projects
- Reviewing drawings, specs & bid documents to ensure complete coverage
- Sourcing & analyzing subcontractor / supplier bids
- Collaborating with project managers & superintendents on strategy & scheduling
- Leveraging tools like On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, SmartBid & Timberline
