job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFacility : Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center ID Need : RN Shift : 7 : 00PM - 7 : 00AM with rotating weekends Unit : PICU Start : ASAP Length of Assignment : 13 weeks Location : Idaho Falls Idaho Address : 3100 Channing Way Patient Ratios : 1 : 2 (sometimes 3 if they are step down patients or Peds patients) Unit staffing description : RN’s only – no CNA’s or Unit Secretary Type of equipment : Ventilators, central lines, art lines, alaris pumps Documentation system : Meditech Scheduling requirements : schedule 1 month at a time Floating policy : will float to other units if PICU is low census Weekend Requirement : 50% weekends depending on needs Patient Experience requirements : looking for previous PICU experience, trauma & burn preferred Must have advanced skills : experience with ventilators, high flow, chest tubes, IV placement, experience with central lines, urinary catheter placement, NG placement, trach care Certifications Required : PALS, BLS Shift : rotating Scheduling requirements : schedule 1 month at a time Weekend Requirement : 50% weekends depending on needs Number of Beds : 6 Cost Center : 645 Unit : PICU Dress Code : Navy blue scrubs, can wear a pediatric friendly top Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
