Job Summary

As a Facilities Coordinator , you’ll support day-to-day operational needs at a logistics site, working primarily in a warehouse environment. This position requires someone who is a self-starter with excellent communication skills , eager to learn and support a dynamic facilities team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily rounds and preventative maintenance tasks

Handle light maintenance and support various facilities projects

Schedule vendor maintenance and coordinate services as needed

Check and manage work orders using internal systems

Maintain documentation and departmental records

Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling processes

Respond to inquiries and coordinate with internal / external stakeholders

Assist in solving facility-related issues using predefined procedures

Required Experience

High School Diploma or GED

Up to 2 years of job-related experience (or equivalent eagerness to learn)

Ability to work independently and follow structured processes

Basic math skills (percentages, markups, etc.)

Nice-to-Have Experience

Exposure to general maintenance or warehouse environments

Required Skills

Works well with a team

Self-starter with initiative

Strong communication skills

Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel)

General maintenance knowledge

Strong organizational habits

Curiosity and attention to detail

Additional Skills

Ability to handle straightforward tasks under limited supervision

Capable of tracking performance reports and facility progress
