Key Responsibilities

Handle medical billing and follow-up tasks, including appeals and payment collection

Ensure accurate account resolution and represent the company professionally

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage billing inquiries

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Epic, Meditech, or Cerner systems

Experience in professional and hospital billing, including Medicare billing

Knowledge of ICD-10 coding preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High-speed internet and a quiet workspace required
