Competitive base salary commensurate with experience : $36,500 - $45,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location). Total compensation includes base salary, incentive(s), benefits.

Job Overview

The Material Handler oversees all parts and supplies used in production departments and transfers parts to other areas within the facility using a forklift and pallet jack. In general, Material Handlers are assigned to specific departments; however, they are cross-trained and may work in any department as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supply operators with material needed for production
• Empty scrap, weigh scrap, and load onto trucks
• Supply Department with necessary supplies
• Communicate with Leaders for follow-up or specific instructions daily
• Operate manual pallet jacks and forklifts
• Create STO's to ship product from facility
• Keep work areas clean and focus on 5S and safety
