• Design, configure, and implement solutions in the SAP SD module , including pricing, order management, delivery, billing, and shipping processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP solutions.
• Work on end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) cycle processes and integrations.
• Configure sales documents , item categories, copy controls, incompletion logs, and partner determination.
• Define and maintain pricing procedures , condition types, and output determination.
• Collaborate with other SAP modules like MM, FI, and WM for seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support SAP S / 4HANA migration or greenfield implementation projects (if applicable).
• Participate in system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Document configurations, changes, and business processes clearly and thoroughly
