Our company is officially recruiting for a commission-based, performance-driven role that’s equal parts empathy, efficiency, and occasional caffeine-fueled wizardry. If you’ve ever calmed down a customer while simultaneously fixing their issue, this job is for you! As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll be the friendly face that customers remember. You’ll help guide them through AT&T’s telecom offerings, troubleshoot issues, and make sure every interaction ends with a smile - or at least a satisfied nod.

Customer Support Associate Qualities :

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills (bonus points if you’ve ever said “have you tried turning it off and on again?” with genuine concern)
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Experience in customer service or support roles preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Tech literacy and willingness to learn new systems (if you’ve recorded a video titled ‘Wi-Fi 101 : A Guide For Grandmas’, you’re almost hired!)
  • Team-oriented mindset with a good sense of humor
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
