Essential Functions of the Residential Sales Agent :

Hunt for household opportunities, connect fast, diagnose needs, and recommend tailored Frontier packages that fit customers’s needs and requirements

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all Frontier products (internet, TV, voice) and promotions to effectively inform potential customers.

Master the art of tailored selling, crafting presentations that transform Frontier’s features into undeniable benefits, perfectly aligned with each customer’s unique needs.

Resolve customer objections with active listening, empathy, and data-backed solutions to address pricing, competitor, or service transition concerns.

Guide prospects from first contact to activated service, ensuring smooth transitions at each stage of Frontier's sales process.

Document all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in our CRM system to ensure precise tracking and timely follow-up.

Engage in daily training and role-plays to master Frontier’s offerings and advance selling capabilities.

Maintain rigorous adherence to all compliance standards, sales protocols, and regulatory requirements to protect both Ethereal and Frontier’s reputations.

Systematically plan routes and prioritize engagements to maximize lead conversion within assigned territories.
