JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a Senior Staff Product & Experience Designer to lead the design and enhancement of employee experiences across our HR products and services. This role involves collaborating closely with Experience Design leads to develop intuitive, strategic end-to-end experiences while focusing on simplifying complex processes and meeting stakeholder needs. The ideal candidate thrives in complexities and holds experience in regulated industries, preferably insurance or health services.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Lead the crafting and execution of holistic experience strategies for prioritized HR products / services, identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Design seamless end-to-end experiences, including service blueprints and information architectures, from concept to iteration.
- Leverage and conduct advanced data and research methods to gather deep insights for informing design and development.
- Translate employee needs into actionable product / experience requirements for technology implementations, prioritizing solutions to enhance Employee Experience.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and strategic sessions, aligning senior stakeholders on objectives and roadmaps for iterative prototyping, testing, and system reimaginations.
