The core responsibilities of this role include : Loading, unloading, picking cases, replenishing pallets throughout shift.
Position : Group Lead
Shift : 1st / Monday – Friday / 9 : 30AM to 6PM
Pay : $20.40 per hour
Additional Incentives : All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for monthly performance and safety incentive bonuses!
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and / or experience :
- 3 years on Stand up, counter balance, pallet jack forklifts.
- 2 years or more leadership experience leading a small or large group.
- 2 years or more of outbound shipping experience loading trucks.

Role Purpose :
Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.
